  2. Probiotics can help with diarrhea caused by infections or related to antibiotic use. Available in supplement form and in foods such as yogurt, miso paste, kombucha, kimchi, and raw sauerkraut

  • Try chamomile tea in the evening when you are calming down.
  • Lavender and Aromatic Oil are used for calming and relaxation. Safe for young children and the elderly

natural remedies for anxiety

  1. before you start your day, take five minutes to breathe slowly and deeply.
  2. Think of the day ahead, what you are grateful for and the people in your life, each of your children, doing breathing exercises on the way to school to prepare for that day.
